GREGORY C. KANE
Greg Kane is a trial attorney with a vast range of experience including tort, insurance, product liability, business, medical malpractice, legal malpractice and environmental litigation, as well as experience in Longshoreman and Harbor Workers Compensation Act claims, state Workers' Compensation claims and Labor Relations.
He earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biochemistry at the University of California Irvine, and his Doctor of Jurisprudence Degree at Western State University. He is admitted to practice in California State Courts, the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of the State of California, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
Greg is an associate member of the American Board of Trial Advocates. He has memberships in the Association of Southern California Defense Counsel, California State Bar, San Diego County Bar Association, and RIMS.
Greg has served as an Arbitrator and Judge Pro Tem for the San Diego County Courts. He teaches a variety of topics related to law to the insurance industry. He has also instructed in the San Diego Inns of Court and Moot Court for USD School of Law.
Greg is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys sailing, riding motorcycles, fishing, sports and travel.
