David Kahn is a an attorney with experience in civil litigation and workers compensation. 

He earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English from California State University, Northridge and a Master’s Degree in English from San Diego State University. 

He earned a Juris Doctor Degree from California Western School of Law where he also earned an Academic Achievement Award for his work in Current Issues in Constitutional Law. 

He is admitted to practice in all California State Courts and Federal District Court.  David is a Member of the State Bar of California and San Diego County Bar Association.
